(Salem, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a 16-year-old who was shot to death in Salem's Englewood Park.  Police say Ishaq Saleem of Keizer was shot shortly after midnight Sunday morning.  He was rushed to a hospital, where he died from his injuries.  Police have not yet released any suspect information.
