(Portland, OR)  --  Arraignment is scheduled today for a Patriot Prayer group member accused of hitting a woman with a baton and knocking her unconscious during a large May Day brawl outside Cider Riot.  Police arrested 45-year-old Ian Kramer yesterday for the assault during a fight involving roughly 60 people on May 1st at Northeast 8th Avenue and Couch Street.  Cellphone video of the brawl obtained by KATU shows Patriot Prayer leader Joey Gibson and several other people sparring with members of another group wearing handkerchiefs over their mouths.  A woman is seen walking up to Gibson's group before apparently being struck off-camera and falling to the ground.  Police say they're still searching for a second suspect named Matthew Cooper.
