(Gresham, OR)  --  Police are searching for an endangered 1-year-old baby girl.  The Gresham Police Department says 12-month-old Phoenix Burks was last seen late last week with her mother, Raemi Carter.  A court ordered that the child be placed into protective custody last Thursday.  Police say Carter fled with the child after being contacted by the Department of Human Services.
