(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing rape charges after allegedly being found with a teenage runaway and her infant child.  Police in Woodburn arrested Olivio Cardona-Sales Tuesday on three counts of sexual abuse and five counts of third-degree rape.  Police say he was "in a relationship" with the 14-year-old girl, who family members say left home several days ago.  Police found her with her baby in an apartment with Cardona-Sales on North Pacific Highway.
