(Seaside, OR)  --  A man is facing possible charges after allegedly stealing someone's pickup truck during a fight and then crashing it.  Seaside Police say the suspect was arguing with the truck's owner at Circle Creek Campground Saturday when he jumped into the vehicle and took off.  Police later found the truck crashed on Highway 101 near Cannon Beach with Johnathan Kvale inside the cab.  It's not yet clear if he was arrested.
