(Portland, OR)  --  A man is charged with murder in connection to a deadly shooting in the Old Town/Chinatown neighborhood.  A grand jury indicted 23-year-old Willie Mitchell on a murder charge late last week for the shooting in April.  Police say Mitchell shot and killed 29-year-old Trayontay Jones April 19th near Northwest 4th and Couch Street.  Police arrested him a few days after the incident.
