(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is dead following a two-vehicle crash in southeast Portland.  Police say the crash happened early yesterday morning near Southeast Division Street and Southeast 112th Avenue.  One woman was rushed to a hospital, where she died.  KATU reports police arrested the other driver after conducting a field sobriety test on him.
