(Beaverton, OR)  --  Beaverton-based Nike is entering the footwear subscription business.  The retailer launched its Nike Adventure Club yesterday, which allows parents to order shoes for children ages two to ten as often as they want.  There are three monthly tiers to choose from ranging in price from 20-dollars to 50-dollars.  Nike will send out an email to pick from a selection of about 100 Nike and Converse styles.
