(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man and a woman accused of assaulting two paramedics in north Portland.  Police say 38-year-old Tracy Lynn Casey and an unidentified man attacked the paramedics at a MAX station along Interstate Avenue early yesterday morning.  The paramedics say they had just placed Casey in the back of the ambulance when she suddenly changed her mind and said she didn't want to go to the hospital.  She then allegedly punched one of the medics in the face, while the man pepper-sprayed the other one.  The man fled the scene, but police arrested Casey on assault charges and released her.  Police say she failed to show up for her arraignment hearing yesterday afternoon.
