(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man accused of throwing Molotov cocktails at two homes in Southeast Portland.  Police arrested 27-year-old Jesse David Bennett yesterday for the attacks earlier this week, which police are investigating as bias crimes.  The Portland Police Bureau says the first home was struck Monday afternoon in the 39-hundred block of Southeast 104th Avenue.  The second house was hit Tuesday morning.  Monday's victim says they received a text from a strange number saying they were targeted because of their sexual orientation.  No injuries were reported.
