(Portland, OR)  --  Patriot Prayer leader Joey Gibson is facing a felony riot charge in connection to a massive May Day brawl outside Cider Riot in northeast Portland.  KATU reports Gibson said he was preparing to turn himself in to authorities yesterday.  Police have already arrested four people in connection to the riot, which involved roughly 60 people.
