(Astoria, OR)  --  Police are urging caution to pet owners after a dog bowl was found filled with antifreeze outside a business in Astoria.  Police say the bowl was found outside a business near 14th Street and Marine.  Investigators believe the bowl had initially been filled with water and was later tampered with.  Police are urging dog walkers to keep their dog on a leash and to be careful with what they drink.
