(Portland, OR)  --  One person is hospitalized following a collision between a bicycle and an electric scooter in downtown Portland.  Police say the crash happened around 5:30 Saturday night near Southwest Broadway and Yamhill Street.  Police say the scooter rider was traveling the wrong way down a one-way street when they crashed into the bicyclist.  The bicyclist was hospitalized for serious injuries.  Police cited the scooter rider with unlawful operation of a motor-assisted scooter.
