(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a suspected DUI crash that killed a motorcyclist.  Police arrested 36-year-old Dorothy Rafeh on charges of second-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving, among other charges.  Police say she was driving south on Northeast 122nd Avenue near Stanton Street last Friday night when she turned in front of a motorcyclist, colliding with him.  Fifty-six-year-old Karl Moeller was declared dead at the scene.
