(Vancouver, WA)  --  The city of Vancouver has a new housing complex for homeless youth.  The Vancouver Housing Authority held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening yesterday for the Caples Terrace Apartments.  The low-income housing unit is designed for homeless youth and those who are aging out of the foster care system.  Washington U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell was among those in attendance for the grand opening.
