(Portland, OR)  --  A 27-year-old man is dead after drowning in Crater Lake.  Police say the man failed to resurface after jumping into the lake from a rock cliff at Cleetwood Cove commonly referred to as "Jumping Rock" on Sunday.  Divers recovered his body from the lake yesterday.
