(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking for a suspect accused of shooting a stray dog.  KATU-2 reports the poodle-terrier mix named Bear was found suffering from a gunshot wound off Highway 224 near the Promontory Campground on August 11th.  She's currently recovering at the Oregon Humane Society.
