(Portland, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown and Senator Ron Wyden are calling for action on gun reform.  The local leaders were among those gathered at a gun control rally yesterday in northeast Portland.  Brown and Wyden are calling on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to schedule a vote on a bill for a universal background check for firearm purchases.  The bill passed the U.S. House earlier this year.
