(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing charges after allegedly setting several small fires near the University of Portland.  Police say 38-year-old Adrianne Clark set the fires yesterday morning on the bluff below campus near North Harvard Street and Willamette Boulevard.  Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames, and no injuries were reported.  Police arrested Clark on four counts of reckless burning.
