(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've tracked down the man accused of trying to lure young girls into his van twice Wednesday outside David Douglas High School.  Police say the unidentified man offered the girls money in at least one of the incidents.  Police say they found the man yesterday afternoon and talked to him, but they don't have enough evidence to make an arrest.
