(Damascus, OR)  --  A 74-year-old woman is dead following a crash in Damascus.  Police say 18-year-old Cecilia Reid of West Linn was driving west on Highway 224 Tuesday night when she lost control and veered into oncoming traffic.  Police say she hit a vehicle being driven by 74-year-old Margaret White of Estacada head-on.  White died from her injuries at a hospital.  Police say wet roadways contributed to the crash.
