(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a woman accused of setting several small fires near the University of Portland.  Police say 38-year-old Adrianne Clark failed to show up for her arraignment hearing yesterday.  A warrant for her arrest has been issued.  Police arrested and released her Wednesday after she allegedly set multiple fires on the bluff below campus near North Harvard Street and Willamette Boulevard.  Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames, and no injuries were reported.
