(Portland, OR)  --  One person is facing charges following a street racing crackdown in Portland.  Police arrested 22-year-old Nathan Hixson of Vancouver over the weekend on charges of reckless driving and reckless endangering.  Police say they made a total of 68 traffic stops during the weekend patrol in north and northeast Portland.
