(Portland, OR)  --  One woman is dead following a crash between a motorized scooter and an SUV in northeast Portland.  Police say 66-year-old Susan Bartlett has died from her injuries following the crash late last week.  Police say Bartlett was riding her scooter at Northeast Tillamook Street and 40th Avenue Friday night when an SUV turned in front of her, leading to a head-on crash.  The driver of the SUV was cited for improperly executing a left turn.
