(Portland, OR)  --  Three people are recovering from minor injuries following a small explosion at a manufacturing plant in southeast Portland.  Fire officials say the explosion happened yesterday at Precision Castparts on Southeast Harney Drive.  It's not yet clear what caused the explosion, but fire officials say a metal alloy heating compartment was involved.
