(Portland, OR) -- An Oregon man is facing charges in connection to the 40-year-old cold case murder of a teenage girl in Alaska. Police arrested 62-year-old Donald McQuade Friday in Gresham after DNA evidence linked him to the crime. He's accused of murdering 16-year-old Shelley Connolly in 1978. Her body was found near some train tracks in the Anchorage area. An autopsy showed that she'd been beaten and sexually assaulted before her death.
