(Portland, OR) -- A 64-year-old man is facing two years behind bars after being convicted in connection to a deadly DUII auto-pedestrian crash in southeast Portland. A judge sentenced William Leptich to two years in prison yesterday. Leptich was convicted of criminally negligent homicide after crashing into and killing a pedestrian near Southeast 146th Avenue and Stark Street last October. Police say he was drunk at the time of the crash.
