(Portland, OR)  --  Community members are paying tribute to a woman who was killed in a crash while riding a motorized scooter in northeast Portland.  Dozens of people rode motor scooters to 40th and Northeast Tillamook last night in honor of 66-year-old Susan Bartlett.  Police say that's the corner where Bartlett was riding her scooter Friday night when an SUV turned in front of her, leading to a head-on crash.  Bartlett died in a hospital.  The driver of the SUV was cited for improperly executing a left turn.
