(Portland, OR)  --  One woman is dead following an apartment fire in north Portland.  Portland Fire and Rescue says the unidentified woman has died from her injuries after being pulled from the burning apartment on North Albina Street Sunday.  Fire officials say investigators are still working to determine how the fire started.
