(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a woman in connection to a deadly hit-and-run crash earlier this year.  Police arrested 77-year-old Patricia Clayton of North Plaines on two counts of failure to perform the duties of a driver.  She's accused of crashing into 38-year-old Marjorie Averill and 47-year-old Timothy Mahan while they were walking at Northeast Cornell Road and 17th Avenue in Hillsboro on January 19th.  She then allegedly left the scene without stopping to help.  Averill was killed in the crash.
