(Portland, OR)  --  One man is dead following a wrong-way crash on Highway 101 near Rockaway Beach.  Police say 45-year-old Jason Ringhouse was driving north early yesterday morning when he crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a pickup truck head-on.  He was rushed to a hospital, where he died from his injuries.  The other driver, 62-year-old James Udenby, was also taken to a hospital.  An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
