(Vancouver, WA)  --  A southwestern Washington state woman is facing charges after allegedly plotting the deaths of her estranged husband and two other people.  The Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office arrested 54-year-old Dawn Renee Rolfe of Kalama late last week.  The sheriff's office says they received reports that Rolfe was performing surveillance on her intended victims.  Police believe she was planning to hire a hitman to murder the three.
