(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly pepper spraying nearly a dozen people on a TriMet bus.  Police arrested 31-year-old Aaron Locust at a restaurant on Southeast 82nd Avenue near Johnson Creek Boulevard shortly after the incident Saturday morning.  Police say he pepper sprayed nine people on the bus near Southeast 82nd and Lambert and then fled the scene.  Investigators believe he was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
