(Newport, OR)  --  A 52-year-old man is charged with DUI and manslaughter following a crash that killed his passenger on Highway 20 near Newport.  Oregon State Police say Michael John Craycraft was driving east on the highway Saturday evening when he lost control of his Jeep and crashed into an embankment.  Police say 40-year-old passenger Rhawnie Lynn Harp was thrown from the vehicle and rushed to a hospital, where she died.  Craycraft was also hospitalized for injuries.  Police say his blood-alcohol content was over the legal limit.
