(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a woman killed in a hit-and-run crash in Vancouver, Washington.  The Clark County Medical Examiner says 58-year-old Huong Nguyen was killed in the crash Thursday night in a parking lot on Southeast Chkalov Drive.  Responding officers found her lying on the ground injured and rushed her to a hospital, where she later died.  Police have arrested 58-year-old Dennis Bogle in connection to the crash.
