(Portland, OR)  --  Police say there's no threat to the public following a gun scare that prompted an emergency alert at Portland Community College's Rock Creek campus.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office sent out an alert yesterday afternoon after receiving reports of a man with a rifle on campus.  Police say it turns out the man was using a bow and two BB rifles at the archery field on campus.
