(Portland, OR)  --  A Grant County sheriff's deputy is facing charges of rape and child neglect.  Oregon State Troopers arrested Deputy Tyler Smith yesterday on charges of attempted adult rape, fourth-degree assault and child neglect.  Police started investigating Smith after receiving a report on Friday.
