(Portland, OR)  --  The Meals on Wheels program is looking for volunteers.  KATU reports the program is seeking volunteers with four-wheel drive vehicles who are able to deliver meals to the elderly when there's snow and ice on the ground.  Volunteers must be at least 18-years-old with auto insurance and a current driver's license.
