(Happy Valley, OR)  --  A garbage truck driver's actions are being recognized for saving a 2-year-old's life.  The boy was riding his bicycle in Happy Valley and didn't see his father backing out of the driveway, according to KGW8.  The boy was run over, suffering a broken jaw and broken ribs.  The Waste Management route driver saw the incident and helped get the boy to safety.
