(Portland, OR)  --  A locally-owned baby supply store in Portland is closing.  Eco Baby Gear at Southeast STark and 80th has been in business for over a decade.  The owner tells FOX 12 that they are closing because their business model can't keep up with modern consumer trends.  At the height of their success, they had three locations across the city.
