(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is breaking records for rainfall.  Yesterday's showers brought 0.76 inches of rain.  That broke the 1955 record of 0.57 inches.  Hillsboro also broke a record--they saw 0.46 inches compared to 0.41 inches in 1955.
