(Portland, OR) -- A Corvallis woman is suing the Boy Scouts of America after her teenage son fell to his death during a scouting trip last year. Margaret Henderson has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the group for ten-million dollars. Her 16-year-old son Nolan Henderson was killed last October while climbing Pulpit Rock in Klamath County. Henderson says her son shouldn't have been climbing such a steep rock face without adult supervision.
