(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into an apartment fire in the Tualatin Valley area.  Firefighters responded to the home on 108th Avenue yesterday afternoon for a fire that started in the living room of a unit on the first floor.  Fire crews had to rescue three people from a second-floor unit.  No injuries were reported.  It's not yet clear what sparked the blaze.
