(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and two others are injured following a crash outside Forest Grove.  Police say the crash happened just before noon yesterday on Highway 8 near the David Hill Road intersection.  Two people were rushed to a hospital, while a third person died at the scene.  Police believe wet roads may have contributed to the crash.
