(West Linn, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man accused of running from police during a traffic stop in West Linn.  Police arrested 31-year-old Arturo Garcia yesterday for the incident Monday night.  Police say officers found methamphetamines in Garcia's car after he ran from officers who pulled him over on 8th Court.  Police say Garcia was wanted on outstanding warrants and is now facing additional charges.
