(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing charges in connection to a hit-and-run crash that injured two people.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers have arrested Justin Jeffries for the crash Saturday night in the 3100-block of Southeast Holgate Boulevard.  Two people were hospitalized following the crash.  Police say Jeffries was hiding on a rooftop when officers found him and arrested him.
