(Portland, OR)  --  The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is putting more than 200-thousand dollars in the coffers following the JDRF One Walk in Portland.  KATU reports thousands of people participated in yesterday's event at the Portland International Raceway to walk for a cure to Type 1 diabetes.  The organization is still accepting donations online.
