(Portland, OR)  --  At least one person is hospitalized following a wrong-way crash on I-405.  The Portland Police Bureau says the crash happened at Southwest 4th Avenue just after midnight yesterday when a driver got onto the freeway going the wrong way.  Police say everyone involved is expected to survive their injuries.  An investigation is ongoing.
