(Vancouver, WA)  --  A Vancouver, Washington man is facing charges in connection to a deadly crash in Woodland.  Police arrested 57-year-old Eugene Jorgensen for the crash that killed his passenger, 30-year-old Tylor Krout, yesterday.  Police say Jorgensen walked away from the scene of the crash, leaving his passenger to die.
