(North Plains, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a crash that killed at least one person near North Plains.  The Washington County Sheriff's office says the crash happened late last night on Northwest Jackson School Road.  Police say a vehicle crashed through a fence and rolled over, killing one person.
